Boxer Scrapbook Announces Acquisition of Lavish Lines

Boxer Scrapbook Productions today announced it has acquired Lavish Lines.  Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Lavish Lines launched in September 2003, with both retail and wholesale sales.  Their products consisted primarily of printed ribbons, including several custom designs.

Boxer has been distributing the Lavish Lines products since the launch of the company, and accounted for more than 80% of their sales.  Boxer will not be continuing the retail side of the business effective immediately.

“We are very excited about this acquisition.  It will allow us to expand this product line to fit our current lines, and create more complete lines in the future,” said Vicki Warhurst, co-founder of Boxer.

Current Lavish Lines wholesale customers will benefit from the expanded resources, marketing and operational scale made possible by the acquisition.

About Boxer Scrapbook Productions, LLC:
