- 8 oz 85% lean/15% fat raw ground beef
- 16 oz Butterball Fresh 97% Fat Free Ground White Turkey
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 tbsp table salt
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup onions, diced (or 1T dried minced onions)
- 1/2 cup canned tomato paste
- 3/4 cup uncooked quick oats oatmeal
- 4 cup(s) V8 100% Vegetable Juice
- 3/4 tbsp sugar
- 14 oz Chili Beans
Combine ingredients through oatmeal, and let cook a minute or two (to soften up oatmeal).
Add other ingredients and simmer as long as desired.
Can be crock-potted after combining all ingredients.
