Love this detailed job description (sounds perfect for me!). I think it's helpful for people to see/understand that social media/content marketing is more than being familiar with how to post on social networks - it's about an awareness of your audience, their needs, and how to communicate effectively with them, as well as being open to being influenced by them. The two-way, back-and-forth interaction is key.
