Another alert for my "picky-eater" friends (and brother!) - I noticed that Amazon has a special discount this month for Celiac Awareness Month:
Save up to 30% on many gluten free grocery products. Choose from great offers on General Mills, Oskri, Nature's Path, Glutino, Pirate's Brand, Boomi and Prananbar, Ener-G Foods, Pure bar and more. Offer valid through October 31, 2010.
A discount and delivered to your door - I'm thinking that's a pretty sweet deal! :)
I do wonder, though, how good they are, when I see them in the stores. For example, I've seen the Betty Crocker Gluten Free Brownie Mix at HyVee, and the picture on the box looks pretty fudgy. I know I've also seen the Kinnikinnick Smoreables Graham Crackers
there. I'd be interested in hearing from the GF foodies out there, which mixes or brands are actually any good.
