I'm with you on the part about Bill! I was bummed! Although, Quinn is YUMMY! I'm currently reading From Dead to Worse and it's OK! In all honesty, I think I want her to end up with Eric! Especially, after seeing the characters portrayed in the HBO series. It's kind of weird to read the books after seeing them on TV. That is how I think of them now.

Poor Bill keeps on trying though! LOL!

I am so with you on this review! I kept thinking I'd missed something and kept looking at the book list to see if I'd jumped one by mistake! Otherwise I love the series, this book thankfully has been just one bad speed bump in a great series... the others have been great!

Hey Lady!

It's always interesting to see how other people see the world Harris has created in these books. I always found Bill boring and felt sort of vindicated when it turned out he was brought to Bon Temps under false pretenses. It seems as the series goes on that it's pretty clear that the reader is supposed to root for Eric. Though I do believe Bill does love Sookie now... I have a theory about who she'll end up with, but it would take up too much space!
I found this book a bit disjointed as well, after I read Harris' short story "One Word Answer" in Bite, it of course made more sense. Still it was not a highlight in the series.
