Via the ever-fabulous Lifehacker, a link to a tutorial on how to give your photo a movie-like effect with Photoshop.
A little time-consuming, yes, but pretty cool effect. What would be even cooler is if someone went through all the steps and created a Photoshop Action for it. Anyone at Atomic Cupcake listening? ;)
